Job Summary

Blue & Co. LLC is a leading regional CPA and advisory firm with over 500 professionals across 12 offices in Indiana Ohio Kentucky Michigan and Texas. Were executing an ambitious Vision Plan to grow Blue & Co through geographic expansion strategic acquisitions and new service development.

Were seeking a Go-To-Market Marketing Manager to drive growth across our geographic expansion initiatives and new service launches. This role serves as the marketing and growth strategy partner for teams entering new markets. The GTM Marketing Manager will also support niche service teams in developing and executing growth and accountability plans aligned with our Vision Plan objectives. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to firm leadership and the opportunity to shape Blue & Co.s approach to market expansion. The position is open to qualified candidates anywhere within our geographic footprint.

Hands-on Execution-Driven High-Impact Role.

While this position partners closely with firm leadership on go-to-market strategy the GTM Marketing Manager is personally responsible for building and launching campaigns end-to-end. This includes writing and building marketing emails creating landing pages developing campaign assets and executing within marketing automation and CRM tools. This role does not have a dedicated execution team or external agencies to perform this work.

Position Details:

Geographic Expansion

  • Develop and personally lead the execution market entry marketing strategies for new and expanding office locations including competitive positioning local brand awareness and lead generation
  • Partner with office leaders and business development teams to create localized go-to-market plans with clear milestones and accountability metrics
  • Support M&A integration marketing efforts including brand transitions client communications and market repositioning
  • Build relationships with local teams across offices to understand market dynamics and growth opportunities

New Service Launches

  • Collaborate with service line leaders to bring new offerings to market from positioning and messaging through launch execution
  • Create and build launch playbooks business development enablement materials and integrated campaign plans
  • Track launch performance and refine strategies based on market feedback and pipeline results

Niche Practice Growth

  • Partner with specialty practice teams to develop growth plans aligned with their strategic plans and the firms Vision Plan
  • Establish accountability frameworks and conduct regular progress reviews to maintain momentum
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and coordinate with broader business development efforts

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with the Chief Growth Officer and firm leadership to evaluate and recommend initiative investments
  • Develop business cases and ROI projections for proposed marketing programs
  • Report on marketing performance providing insights that inform resource allocation decisions

Campaign Execution & Marketing Operations

  • Personally build and launch marketing campaigns within marketing automation and CRM platforms (email landing pages forms workflows reporting)
  • Write campaign copy develop positioning and translate strategy into executable assets without reliance on agencies or production teams
  • Manage timelines QA and deployment of all campaign components end-to-end
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and pipeline impact

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Communications or related field
  • 7 years of progressive marketing experience and leadership with emphasis on B2B services marketing
  • Demonstrated experience supporting geographic expansion new market entry or multi-location marketing initiatives
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience building and executing B2B marketing campaigns including writing emails creating landing pages and launching campaigns within marketing automation platforms (not just overseeing or approving work)
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms with direct experience building campaigns workflows landing pages and reports
  • Strong project management skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM platforms
  • Ability to provide examples or a portfolio of executed campaigns.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 40% to Blue & Co. office locations

Preferred

  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree
  • Professional services industry experience (accounting consulting legal or similar)
  • Experience with M&A integration marketing
  • HubSpot experience
  • Background in B2B demand generation and account-based marketing approaches
