Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
Provide anesthesia services for a diverse range of surgical cases including trauma obstetrics and major surgical procedures.
Engage in a manageable and equitable call rotation that supports work-life balance.
Collaborate with surgeons advanced practice providers nursing staff and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain and enhance procedural skills across various surgical specialties.
Participate in mentorship opportunities with seasoned anesthesiologists.
Contribute to a culture of teamwork respect and shared success.
Support the organizations mission to improve lives through innovation and excellence in care.

Qualifications:

Board Eligible (within 5 years) or Board Certified in Anesthesiology.
Enthusiastic about providing excellent patient-centered anesthesia care.
Committed to working full-time within a collaborative physician-led model.
Comfortable practicing across multiple facility settings including trauma centers and outpatient surgery.
Motivated to maintain and expand skills across a diverse and high-acuity case mix.

License and Certification Requirements:

Active Colorado Medical License (or ability to obtain).
DEA (or willingness to obtain).
ACLS and BLS certifications.
