Job Responsibilities
- Understanding product strategy and developing feature improvement plan that bring impact to product team target achievement and involved in making strategic decisions related to product development based on data analysis and a deep understanding of the market and users
- Performing market research analysis and benchmarking to identify opportunities for feature or product improvement to increase market share GMV and occupancy rate
- Developing strategy of Product Requirements Documents and prototypes based on strategy and business direction creating product documentation and able to communicate clearly to a team member
- Plan and lead the development of medium and long term product roadmaps based on companys vision and business goals make recommendations for feature priorities and release schedules communicate and present the product roadmap vision to stakeholders and squad teams.
- Manage features from the development process monitoring and management during release to evaluating features that have been released.
- Analyzing stakeholders needs and collaborating to understand their requirements and meet the goals and vision of the product by working together with the team within the squad to implement improvements and new features in accordance with the PRD
Job Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or Masters / Postgraduate Degree in any field
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a related field
- Strong knowledge of business supply management
- Solid conceptual thinking and data analysis skills
- Good knowledge of Product Vision and Roadmapping
