Job Summary
| Responsibilities: 1. Review ALDP LME as part of ALDP REFORM FOC at all levels (JNCO SNCO & WO) in accordance with ToRs. To include: a. Conducting analysis of ALDP LME requirements linked to wider Army REFORM and Modernisation. b. Production of reports including findings and recommended CoAs. 2. Develop policy compliant and coherent training solutions including all TDA DSAT documentation for all levels of ALDP LME. 3. Support the creation of TP DSAT documentation for all levels of ALDP LME. 4. Drive innovation by leading the redesign and development of ALDP LME online courseware utilising innovative online learning methodology. 5. Create eLearning face to face and blended learning to support ALDP REFORM LME at all levels. 6. Create digital assets including videos to enhance learner experience. 7. Manage relationships with the TRA other ALDP TDAs APSAs Training Providers and other key stakeholders including providing reports presentations and attending meetings as required. |
