The Mail List Processor is responsible for the development of documents with document-merge specifications the manipulation of databases to meet customer business rules and specifications and the creation of mail processing specifications ensuring each and every order is produced to order specifications while meeting delivery deadlines.
Essential Job Functions:
-Review the instructions job jacket and samples to confirm all details are clear and concise.
-Provide applicable team members with totals of records by various types and categories seeds to send example pieces through the entire process to monitors at the client organization and samples of the physical product to be mailed for use by the client and the design team dependent on the project needs.
-Inspect product going to the post office to ensure all tasks were performed on the outgoing product.
-Must be familiar with Bulk Mailer or similar software
-Must have expert level Excel knowledge
