Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end users both physically and remotely.
Respond to and resolve IT helpdesk tickets related to hardware software and network issues.
Install configure and maintain desktop systems laptops printers and other IT equipment.
Organize monitor and maintain IT assets and resources.
Assist in IT operations including cybersecurity practices programming support analytics tasks data center activities and maintaining IT inventory.
Support and participate in calls with US-based clients.
Ensure system security through access controls backups and regular software updates.
Ensure timely issue resolution and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Document technical issues resolutions and standard operating procedures.
Assist Technician in US Remote site to install DVR/NVR analog/IP cameras and their configurations.
Requirements
Willingness to work in US shift timings (10 PM6 AM) and availability for early shift joining when required.
Strong knowledge of network terminologies/protocols and hardware like routers switches and firewalls.
Knowledge of DVR/NVRs Analog/IP cameras.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills (verbal & written).
Knowledge of AI prompts engineering.
Interested in building routine tasks into automation.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong work ethic with attention to detail.
Bachelors degree in CS/IT/Telecom (4 years).
1 years of experience in IT support helpdesk or technical support role.
