Our Client are seeking an IT Change Officer / Senior Officer to support the controlled implementation of IT changes ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and strict adherence to change management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate change requests for completeness and compliance
Assess risk impact and prioritization of changes
Coordinate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings
Monitor change execution and provide status reporting
Maintain accurate documentation and post-implementation reviews
Ensure configuration items and impacted services are properly addressed
Communicate change notifications to stakeholders
Support audits and process compliance activities
Identify opportunities to improve the change management framework
Requirements
24 years (Officer) / 46 years (Senior Officer) in IT Change ITSM or IT Operations
Strong understanding of ITIL practices
Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow BMC Remedy Jira etc.)
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
