Job Summary
The International Associate Sales Enablement Manager contributes to the development and delivery of enablement programmes tools and resources that support the performance of MillerKnolls international dealer network.
The role blends thoughtful planning with practical execution shaping content helping design and facilitate training and supporting the tools and resources that influence strong revenue outcomes.
Working closely with internal teams and dealer partners the Associate Manager helps ensure enablement activity across the region is consistent high quality and aligned to real market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Dealer Enablement
Design and oversee the delivery of engaging enablement programmes that equip dealer sales with clear practical tools training and content to improve productivity and sales outcomes.
Maintain and continually enhance core enablement resources including playbooks documentation and performance metrics ensuring accuracy accessibility and a consistent experience across markets.
Lead in-person onboarding sessions across Asia and other regions creating confident memorable learning experiences that set dealer teams up for early success.
Coordinate cross functional contributions ensuring programmes reflect the best thinking from across the business and run smoothly from development to delivery.
Shape and refine scalable enablement frameworks that support international consistency while allowing for local adaptation.
Monitor programme performance and extract meaningful insights turning data into clear recommendations that improve future activity.
Oversee tracking and reporting processes ensuring data integrity and providing clear insight to programme owners and senior stakeholders.
Support simple and reliable governance routines enabling regular review identifying trends and highlighting opportunities to strengthen the dealer experience.
Resource Management & Technology Utilisation
Direct the development and upkeep of dealer facing training materials content and market specific playbooks ensuring resources are high quality and easy to use.
Ensure dealer partners have seamless access to core materials including pitch decks case studies sales collateral communication channels and training resources.
Champion the use and adoption of platforms such as OMNI Field Lounge New and Noteworthy and Huddle advising on best practice and supporting ongoing improvement.
Explore forward looking uses of AI sales tools identifying clear practical opportunities that simplify dealer workflows and enhance how they access and apply enablement resources.
Project Management
Lead and support multiple enablement projects concurrently ensuring coordination communication and documentation are well managed.
Track project progress and gather constructive feedback using insight to shape improvements and ensure smooth delivery.
Expectations & Responsibilities
The International Associate Sales Enablement Manager is responsible for:
Oversees the life cycle of enablement programmes ensuring materials logistics and reporting come together in a timely organised and impactful way.
Leads the activation of dealer sales enablement initiatives tracking how they perform in market drawing out meaningful insights and helping shape programme improvements.
Guides the development of engaging training experiences including virtual sessions presentations job aids and scripts that support dealer confidence and application.
Steers the creation and delivery of onboarding resources ensuring new starters receive a clear consistent and high quality introduction to MillerKnoll.
Directs programme analysis bringing together data and dealer insight to identify performance trends and recommend actions that strengthen future enablement activity.
Champions the effective use of dealer facing tech platforms supporting adoption advising on best practice and identifying opportunities to improve usability.
Leads training pilots and train the trainer activity ensuring programmes are tested robustly and refined ahead of wider rollout.
Builds strong and influential working relationships with internal teams and dealer contacts ensuring alignment clarity and a collaborative approach to problem solving.
Applies a deepening understanding of the dealer journey using this knowledge to guide decisions strengthen tools and ensure enablement support aligns with real world needs.
The International Associate Sales Enablement Manager also:
Maintains a strong understanding of the dealer and end customer journey applying this to shape relevant practical and market aware tools and resources.

Job Holder Requirements
Education and experience
Essential:
Degree level education or equivalent experience typically gained over 2-4 years in a relevant sales enablement or commercial environment.
Sound commercial understanding of sales environments processes and channels.
Fluent English.
Preferred:
Experience working within a global organisation.

Competences
Essential:
Experience in sales enablement revenue facing roles channel management sales training or sales support with a solid understanding of enablement practices and tools.
Strong project management and planning skills and a structured process led approach to work.
Confident facilitator presenter and communicator in both written and verbal form.
Demonstrates curiosity in exploring how emerging AI tools could support dealer teams and improve access to enablement resources.
Able to work with detail while keeping sight of the wider picture.
Preferred:
Engagement in sales enablement groups or professional communities.
Understanding of the MillerKnoll marketplace and customer base.
Experience using Salesforce.
