Job Summary

We are looking for a Commercial HVAC Technician (HVAC Technician II) to join our team at one of our Pharmacy Rx Fulfillment Centers. This is an on-site thirdshift role where you will help keep the building equipment and systems running safely and smoothly in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic maintenance repairs and installations for building systems and equipment
- Work on HVAC electrical plumbing lighting generators and refrigeration systems
- Complete preventive maintenance to help equipment run longer and safely
- Follow all safety OSHA and company guidelines
- Complete work orders and maintenance records on time
- Respond quickly to emergencies and call for help when needed
- Escort outside vendors while they work onsite
- Handle maintenance requests from the site operations team
- Use basic skills in carpentry painting plumbing and electrical work
- Build good working relationships with coworkers
- Communicate clearly and professionally
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of maintenance or related experience
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work onsite only (this role cannot be remote)
- Strong focus on personal safety and the safety of others
- Ability to read and understand manuals and basic drawings
- Willing to complete OSHA 10 training within 6 months of hire
- Comfortable using basic computer programs
- Ability to stand walk bend climb ladders and lift up to 50 pounds
- Schedule: 3rd Shift 10:00 PM 6:30 AM (SundayThursday)
- On-call as needed
- Work at one location
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
