Iris Telehealth is seeking PMHNPs licensed inOregonto provide care to patients in a community mental health outpatient setting for32-40 hours a week. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team at one of Iriss behavioral healthcare partners expanding access to quality able to collaborate with experts in psychiatry neurology and psychology and be supported by an experienced administrative teamso you can focus on what matters most: patient care.

• Schedule:MonFri32-40hrs/wkflexible within 8am-5pm PST

• Patient Population:Adults(18)

• Collaborative Environment:We are seeking a flexible provider who excels in teamwork and communication working closely with a dedicated and supportive care team to meet patient needs effectively.

Qualifications:

• An active PMHNP-BC license in the state ofOregon isrequired

• Minimum of 2 years prescribing experience post PMHNP Certificate issuedpreferred

• Availability for32-40 hoursper week with the ability to work duringPSThours.

• Experience and willingness to treat patientsages 18

• Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels

• PMHNP ANCC Board Certification (We do not currently offer any opportunities for PMHCNS)

• Telehealth experience preferred

• Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory
