Job Summary
As a Room Service Server at The Resort at Longboat Key Club you will be the face of our hospitality team delivering an exceptional dining experience directly to our guests rooms. You will play a key role in ensuring each guest feels valued and enjoys a seamless personalized service that reflects the luxurious standards of our resort.
Responsibilities
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders promptly and accurately to guest rooms.
- Set up trays and tables in guest rooms according to resort standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive courteous and professional service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
- Handle guest requests and special dietary needs with discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
- Previous food and beverage service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clean driving record required to drive in-room dining golf cart
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Team player with a positive attitude and flexible availability.
- Must be able to work in Longboat Key FL location.
