Within the Product & Customer Lifecycle Marketing team this person will act as a Marketing Manager bridging the connection between the product team (Nubank Ultravioleta) and the marketing team to support the development of product launch and lifecycle management strategies in a customer-centric journey. This role has end-to-end responsibility for assigned projects which may include creating a product value proposition building narratives centered on consumer pain points and needs product positioning and the development of a Go to Market plan with complete CLM strategy and execution and the management of other marketing stakeholders (PR SEO Blog Site Campaigns Brand Experience Branding etc).
Youll be responsible for
- Track the new product and feature roadmap mediating discussions and reviews on product expansion and maturity (such as product-market fit) alongside segment leadership;
- Lead the development of the product marketing plan and Go-to-Market strategies in accordance with segment priorities and the marketing calendar;
- Be the guardian of the product narrative building guidelines and sharing knowledge about product narratives with multifunctional teams responsible for content (blog website etc) communication (In-app PR CLM Campaign etc) to ensure the plan is aligned with marketing and business objectives;
- Connecting analytical insights by closely monitoring product funnel performance and key business indicators while owning the product-specific marketing plan aligned with segment interests and objectives;
- End-to-end performance management: strategic alignment understanding of business objectives planning and implementation of communication flows copy elaboration monitoring and reporting of results to involved stakeholders;
- Combine product funnel analysis with a deep understanding of customer segments to drive engagement at critical lifecycle stages (e.g. onboarding at Nubank moments of delight or friction churn prevention...);
- In this position you will work closely with (1) the Analytics team in order to define test parameters monitoring and identification of business opportunities; (2) Product Managers to define where product journeys best fit into each phase of the clients life and how tocommunicate the value of these products; (3) the Marketing team in general to define strategies that leverage products across various communication channels.
We are looking for a person who has
- Previous experience with product marketing growth and CRM
- Knowledge of communication channels especially direct channels
- Experience in projects with multifunctional teams collaboration with stakeholders
- Executive structured and concise communication
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in analyzing business and brand metrics
- Experience with multi-channel and multi-touchpoint journeys connected with brand tone of voice and brand positioning
- Process improvement and project management skills
- Ideally experience in technology companies or fintechs
- Advanced English
