About the role:
Gartner is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our Enterprise team specializing in delivering integrations as a service across the organization. This role will be responsible for leading agile ceremonies ensuring the team meets sprint commitments and managing project metrics and status reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within an agile environment excellent communication skills and a passion for driving teams to deliver high-quality results.
What you will do:
Agile/Scrum Leadership
Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint grooming/backlog refinement daily stand-ups sprint planning and sprint retrospectives.
Drive the team to achieve sprint commitments roadmap releases and continuously improve delivery processes.
Remove impediments and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration within the team.
Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure requirements are clear prioritized and actionable.
Project Management & Reporting
Track and report on project metrics including velocity burndown and team capacity.
Prepare and deliver regular project status reports and dashboards for stakeholders and leadership.
Maintain up-to-date project documentation including action items risk logs and decision registers.
Support resource planning and allocation to ensure optimal team performance.
Project Execution
Manage project timelines deliverables and dependencies to ensure successful delivery of integration projects.
Identify track and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely delivery of integration solutions.
Support the onboarding of new team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
Stakeholder Management
Serve as the main point of contact for project-related communications.
Facilitate effective meetings and ensure follow-up on action items.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support project success.
What you will need :
2 - 4 years of project management experience in a scrum agile environment.
Experience facilitating scrum ceremonies and working with agile teams.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Jira Confluence).
Scrum Master certification (CSM PSM) is a must.
Project Management Professional certification (PMP) is a plus.
Experience with Amazon Web Services (Lambda SQS queues EventBridge) integration projects is a plus.
Experience in working in a shared services environment is preferred.
Who you are:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field required
Excellent communication skills.
Able to work independently or within a team proactively in a fast-paced AGILE-SCRUM environment.
