The Product Development Director is responsible for the research design development and management of Concentra products and services. With a detailed understanding of business goals and objectives the position will set long- and short-term goals for offerings that support the companys strategic initiatives. This leader will formulate and execute fully integrated strategic plans that engage stakeholders deliver a great customer/patient experience and grow profitable business within a product portfolio or across all portfolios. This is accomplished through collaboration with executive team members and stakeholders across operations clinical sales finance IT and marketing. This position has primary responsibility for all components of product development including identifying emerging industry trends conducting primary and secondary market research defining customer and product requirements and developing a compelling business case to achieve organizational goals. Leading strategic initiatives and managing cross-functional teams the Product Development Director will have extensive interaction and visibility throughout the organization.
