Directly responsible for the oversight of daily operations and staff supervision of two physician business units or one unique specialty practice. Insures professional and technical operation of clinical unit with moderate complexity and that all policies and procedures are followed on a day-to-day basis with minimal supervision by clinic administration. Responsible for the overall management of the business units in accordance with Clinic Initiatives: Physician Satisfaction Co-Worker Satisfaction Patient Satisfaction Quality and Business Performance. Performs all related duties as assigned. Reports to Director of Operations or VP of Operations. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission values and Mercy Service Standards.Position Details:

Position Overview: Practice Manager
As a Practice Manager at Mercy youll play a vital leadership role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our medical practice. Youll oversee daily workflows manage and support caregivers and drive initiatives that enhance patient care team performance and practice growth. - Lead and manage day-to-day operations of the practice
- Supervise and support clinical and administrative staff

Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (education may substitute for experience)
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in healthcare or supervisory role (unless preferred education is met)

- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills and solution-oriented mindset
