To provide exceptional customer service and assist in salesfloor operations in order to ensure a positive shopping experience and drive customer loyalty.What youll do...
1. Meet with Customer Experience Sales Floor Department Manager / ASM to discuss daily store changes.
2. Keep the customer informed on all of the changes that have happened that week.
3. Walk the impacted areas and approach customers to ensure that all questions are answered and needs are met.
4. Complete PA Announcement for customers.
5. Communicate customers questions suggestions and concerns to the Customer Experience Department Manager/ASM.
6. Communicates any safety concerns to Management after correcting the hazard. The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $18.25. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
