Job Summary
Powder Coater / Sandblaster
Location: Perth Metro
Employment Type: Permanent
CrewSELECT is seeking an experienced Powder Coater / Sandblaster to join a busy and growing workshop team delivering high-quality finishes across structural steel fabrication and industrial components.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment.
The Role
You will be responsible for surface preparation and coating of various metal products to ensure durability quality and professional presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Abrasive blasting and surface preparation of steel and metal components
Powder coating application to required specifications
Cleaning masking and preparing items for coating
Operating blasting and coating equipment safely and efficiently
Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards are met
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Assisting with general workshop duties as required

$40/ph penalties

About You
Proven experience in powder coating and/or sandblasting
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and within a team
Good understanding of workshop safety procedures
Physically fit and capable of manual handling
Reliable with strong work ethic
Tickets & Requirements
Drivers Licence
Forklift Licence (desirable but not essential)
Construction Card (if required for site works)
