Serve as Logistics Systems Analyst under a Management Analyst Labor Category to provide HMID / GCSS-A Systems Management & Reporting aligned with NAICS: 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting Acquisition and Grants Management Support and Business Program and Project Management Services for 2010 (Inventory Management Specialist) Series related activities as a GS-11.  The HMID / GCSS-A Systems Management & Reporting Hazardous Materials Storage & Inventory Control Specialist shall provide and support Disciplined hazardous material receipt storage tracking and compliant sustainment logistics supporting Army readiness on behalf of The U.S. Army Sustainment Command -  Fort Bliss TX Logistics Readiness Centers (LRCs) - Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Mission.  .  This role also Maintains warehouse storage controls; conducts cyclic inventories; monitors shelf-life; ensures compatibility segregation; reconciles discrepancies in GCSS-Army; supports audit readiness. under the Functional Area/Swim Lane for Army Logistics Systems HMSO Operations GCSS-A / HMID Functional Systems Integration & Compliance

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Logistics Systems Analyst U. S. Army Sustainment Command Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Division Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Logistics Support Services ASC LRC-HSMO16016

Serve as Logistics Systems Analyst under a Management Analyst Labor Category to provide HMID / GCSS-A Systems Management & Reporting aligned with NAICS: 541611 - Management and Financial Consulting Acquisition and Grants Management Support and Business  - Serve as primary functional analyst for HMID GCSS-Army (GCSS-A) and other LIS platforms supporting HMSO.

- Ensure 100% same-day data entry for receipts issues turn-ins adjustments and barcode labeling.

- Maintain inspection-ready database integrity with zero-defect standard for transaction accuracy.

- Perform inventories causative research and adjustment documentation in accordance with AR 710-2 AR 735-5 DA PAM.

- Support Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) compliance reviews and checklist implementation.

- Generate weekly monthly and CDRL SS-01 supply status and workload reports for KO/COR.

- Track shelf-life items under DoD Shelf-Life Extension Program (DoDI 4140.27M).

- Ensure SDS retrieval system integrity and attachment to issued HAZMAT orders.

- Support multi-stream funding tracking and cost allocation reporting accuracy.

- Maintain LIS interfaces with ULS or equivalent systems.

Qualifications :

Desired Qualifications For Logistics Systems Analyst U. S. Army Sustainment Command Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Division Hazardous Material Supply Operations (HSMO) Logistics Support Services ASC LRC-HSMO16016 (ASC LRC-HSMO16016) Candidates:

5 years logistics systems experience.

3 years Army supply or logistics functional experience.

Experience supporting LRC ISSD or HMSO operations preferred.

Experience with GCSS-A and HMID required.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Logistics Supply Chain Management Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience).

- GCSS-A end user certification preferred.

- HMID functional experience required.
