Job Summary
Title Clerk Columbus Ohio
Expanding automotive network seeks experienced title clerk to fill immediate opening at recently acquired dealership. Prior automotive experience is required; Dealertrack DMS is a definite plus. Duties are expected to be performed in a professional well organized and legal manner consistent with company policy.

Responsibilities
- Overseeing the processing and timely submission of all sales-related state paperwork
- Processing payoffs and obtaining all dealer titles
- Processing state-required registration for new andpre-owned vehicles
- Processing state-required license plate issuing and transfer transactions
- Maintain titles andMSOs for new and used inventory
- Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit toDMV
- Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Previous experience with Ohio titles
- Highly organized
- Willingness to take initiative
- Quality writing and grammar skills
- Computer literacy; knowledge of excel and Microsoft 360 a plus
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines easily
- Detailed follow up and note taking
- Professional appearance
- Ability to work independently
