We are seeking a highly strategic execution-oriented Chief of Staff to support a large-scale transformation program within Wealth Management Operations. This role acts as a force multiplier for the program leaderdriving alignment governance execution discipline and communication across business operations technology risk and external partners.
The ideal candidate combines consulting-level problem solving with operational know-how in wealth management strong stakeholder influence skills and the ability to turn strategy into measurable outcomes
Key Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
- Partner with the Transformation Executive to define refine and execute the program roadmap
- Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans with clear milestones and success metrics
- Monitor progress across multiple workstreams and proactively resolve risks and blockers
- Ensure alignment with enterprise strategy regulatory requirements and operational objectives
Governance & Operating Rhythm
- Establish decision frameworks escalation paths and accountability structures
- Maintain program dashboards KPIs status reporting and executive materials
- Drive disciplined execution and transparency across stakeholders
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Serve as the central coordination point across Operations Technology Product Risk Compliance Finance and Business leaders
- Break down silos and ensure dependencies are managed effectively
- Facilitate workshops planning sessions and alignment meetings
Change Management & Adoption
- Support organizational readiness and change initiatives
- Partner with HR and Communications on adoption strategies
- Help embed new operating models processes and ways of working
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 8 12 years of experience in management consulting financial services or transformation roles
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management and/or Financial Services Operations
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leading complex programs
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority
- Exceptional analytical organizational and problem-solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint Excel and program reporting tools
