Were currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Smyrna TN. This role provides support to multiple directors.

A Day in the Life:

  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to maintaining daily schedules (internal/external meetings)

  • Involving multiple time zones

  • Generating correspondence and travel arrangements including domestic and international

  • Helping with routine inquiries and special projects as necessary.

  • Uses discretion and acts accordingly in confidential matters related to the department and company in order to maintain the integrity of the company and its employees.

  • Contributes to building brand value and achieving enduring profitable growth.

Who Were Looking for:

  • Detailed-focused mindset; strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; analytical thinking skills; ability to maintain confidentiality of information; networking; responsive approach to tasks.

  • One to two years of directly related experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. One to two years post-high school education preferred.

  • Knowledge of general office equipment such as fax copier and telephone systems. Proficient in Word and Excel software with 80% accuracy; Outlook; PowerPoint. Typing 50 wpm and Visio
