Key Responsibilities
1. Advanced Planning Execution
- Own production and material planning for assigned value streams
- Ensure supplier delivery performance and raw material availability
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels (RM WIP consignment stock)
- Secure production plan adherence and minimize premium freight
- Identify structural planning gaps and drive corrective actions
2. Project & System Leadership (Strategic Role)
- Act as key user and project lead for SAP S/4HANA (LOP / LOM modules)
- Lead logistics-related digital transformation projects
- Define target processes aligned with Bosch standards and BPS principles
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Production Purchasing IT Finance)
- Manage project scope timeline risk and milestone governance
- Ensure data integrity process standardization and sustainable system adoption
3. Continuous Improvement & Governance
- Drive planning process optimization through PDCA and BPS
- Develop KPI transparency and reporting structure
- Lead improvement task forces when structural issues arise
- Support logistics strategy and system roadmap of the plant
Key Performance Indicators
- Supplier OTD
- Inventory performance (coverage / turnover)
- Production plan fulfillment (BTS)
- Premium freight reduction
- Successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA milestones
- Process standardization & data accuracy
Qualifications :
Qualification Requirements
Education
- Bachelors degree (Supply Chain Industrial Engineering or related field)
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in production and material planning
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional projects
- Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred)
- Experience in logistics/warehouse system implementation is a strong advantage
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of supply chain planning processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
- Structured project management skills
- Strong system thinking and process design capability
- High ownership mindset and result orientation
- Ability to work under pressure and manage complexity
- Fluent English
