Job Summary
Join a global team supporting an organization across 11 countries. You will be part of a dynamic international environment working on key HR initiatives in the field of new technologies.
Your Responsibilities:
- Actively support cross-functional teams in projects (e.g: related to global reorganization compensation & benefits (including position grading and AI) succession planning skill planning).
- You will provide regular status updates steer information and activity timelines and ensure data quality through maintenance and follow-ups.
- Support the leadership team for example in preparing global meetings.
- You will be responsible for sharing results and steering follow-up actions to drive progress.
Qualifications :
- Student status.
- Fluent/business-level English is mandatory (working 100% in English).
- Ability to work about 30 hours per week.
- Practical knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especiallyExcel PowerPoint Teams) for data analysis and creating presentations.
- Interest in topics such as HR analytics AI in HR change management and organizational structures.
- Very good communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive mindset and the ability to work effectively in a global distributed team.
