Associate Digital Engineer

ENTRY LEVEL

Renesas Electronics is seeking an early-career Digital Design Engineer to join our team in Chandler AZ. This role supports the development of Charger and PMIC devices for Tier 1 mobile customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design efficient digital blocks that meet functional cost power and specification requirements.
• Develop TCL scripts and design constraints for CDC analysis synthesis DFT insertion and static timing analysis.
• Support DFT strategy implementation and test case verification.
• Contribute to verification planning feature extraction and test development.
• Perform silicon evaluation as required.
• Document errata and support device modifications.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree with up to two years of experience or a recent Masters degree.
• Experience with SystemVerilog RTL and ASIC design methodologies.
• Familiarity with SystemVerilog Assertions and UVM is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficient written and verbal English.
• Willingness to travel domestically or internationally on short notice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
