Background/Experience Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Analytics Statistics Mathematics or similar field of study (Masters Degree preferred)
Minimum of 6 years of experience in the business performance dashboard development Data Analytics Sales Analytics or a related field.
Strong communication & analytical skills with the ability to interpret large complex data sets and build / maintain a dashboard.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel PowerPoint and Tableau.
Experience in developing and maintaining business performance dashboards and reports.
Capability to thrive in dynamic fast-changing environment that requires a high degree of multi-tasking with minimal supervision
Ability to work as part of a team as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
Excellent written presentation and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Analyze retail performance data to identify trends patterns and areas for improvement in sales and operational efficiency with clear concise charts graphs tables or summaries
Interpret large complex data sets to build and maintain a dashboard.
Develop and maintain performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to consolidate all different data efficiently
Conduct in-depth analysis of retail operations to identify opportunities for process improvement and cost optimization.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of retail initiatives and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Download and validate POS Sales data Retail Traffic data and financial data daily basis and maintain the weekly sales & traffic combined dashboard
Support Sr. Manager in establishing and maintaining dashboard and Ad-hoc reports that analyze data from multiple sources that provide insights into the performance of the Mobile business.
