- Drive the Experience: Collaborate with F&B and Spa leaders to position our outlets as standalone destinations. You will be on the ground capturing the atmospherenot just sitting behind a desk.
- PR & Global Reach: Foster relationships with media partners influencers and industry stakeholders to secure high-value coverage that enhances our brand reputation.
Qualifications :
- A Creative Leader: You might be currently working in a luxury resort in leisure destinations feeling ready to take full ownership of a brand.
- The Builder Mindset: You are looking for a role where you can build a department and shape a strategy rather than just following a corporate template.
- Visual Storyteller: You have an uncompromising eye for aesthetics. You understand how to curate a vibe through video photography and copy.
- Experienced: Minimum 23 years as an Assistant Director of Marketing (ready to step up) or 5 years in a marketing leadership role. Maldives experience is a plus but international lifestyle resort experience is equally valued.
- Collaborator: You thrive in a dynamic island-based environment and believe that the best marketing is created in partnership with the operations team.
