People Advisor Central Europe (Analyst)

Were looking for a People Advisor Analyst to join our Central Europe People Advisory team where youll play a key role in shaping a positive compliant and engaging employee experience across Germany Austria and Switzerland. What youll do

As a trusted member of the People Advisory Team Europe youll support employees and leaders across Central Europe with high-quality practical HR advice while collaborating closely with People Business Partners Centres of Excellence and global shared services.

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to employees and managers across Germany Austria and Switzerland ensuring guidance is compliant with local employment legislation
• Act as a trusted partner to line managers on complex and sensitive people matters supporting early and effective resolution
• Manage HR queries via a case management system with a strong focus on quality consistency and employee experience
• Support the full HR lifecycle with particular focus on policy guidance flexible working change management and data analysis
• Partner with People Business Partners and Centres of Excellence on performance management HR analytics and employee relations
• Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives representing the Central Europe perspective
• Coordinate monthly payroll inputs ensuring accurate and timely submission to payroll teams
• Draft and administer local HR documentation such as employment confirmations contract amendments reference letters and long-term sick leave documentation

This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in the office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.

Qualifications :

• Youll thrive in this role if you combine solid HR fundamentals with curiosity structure and a genuine interest in improving the employee experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of local employment law particularly within the German market
• Experience providing policy guidance and coaching to managers and employees in a matrixed organization
• High levels of integrity accountability and confidentiality with a people-first mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced international environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with confidence using data to inform decisions
• Experience with Workday and/or ServiceNow or strong motivation to learn
• First experience with AI-enabled tools or a strong interest in building AI capabilities
