Job Summary
As the Retail Experience Supervisor youll lead a small team selling Yardbird outdoor furniture within a Best Buy store. Youll help customers discover products they love while driving business results. Youll lead by example improve processes and drive performance in a hands-on retail environment.

What youll do
- Lead daily Yardbird operations to create a great experience for customers and employees.
- Drive sales growth and operational excellence by optimizing shift schedules leveraging promotional tools and by planning floor coverage supporting promotions and modeling strong selling behaviors.
- Analyze revenue and other performance data to identify opportunities and take action to improve results.
- Coach and develop your team through regular feedback product knowledge support and performance conversations.
- Solve customer concerns and operational issues with a proactive solution-focused mindset.
- Build strong partnerships with store leaders designers and local trade partners to grow community engagement and sales.
Basic qualifications
- 1 year of people leadership experience in a retail environment.
- 2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with luxury or premium retail brands.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to stay motivated and productive during low traffic periods.
- Comfortable working in fast paced or high pressure situations.
- Comfortable using mobile technology to engage customers.
