Job Summary

The Teller position is a client-facing role that requires exceptional customer service interpersonal organizational and problem-solving skills. The Teller will perform various cash handling transactions process payments accept deposits and process withdrawals while maintaining a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

The Teller will respond to customer requests and inquiries make recommendations about bank products and services maintain and balance cash supply and keep accurate bank records.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required.
At least 6 months of cash handling or previous teller experience preferred. (May consider a combination of education and experience.)
Banking experience preferred.
Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
