About the Role
We are seeking a strategic results-driven Healthcare Operations Manager to lead and oversee a high-impact healthcare account within a dynamic BPO environment.
This is a client-facing leadership role responsible for operational excellence regulatory compliance KPI performance and long-term client satisfaction. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing large teams driving performance metrics and maintaining strict healthcare standards.
This position offers high visibility executive interaction and growth potential within a multinational structure.
Key Responsibilities
Healthcare Operational Leadership

Ensure all healthcare operations are conducted in a compliant cost-effective and client-focused manner

Maintain strict adherence to healthcare regulations and quality standards
-
Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with client SLAs and company goals
-
Implement continuous process improvement initiatives
Performance & KPI Management
-
Own and monitor KPIs including SLA AHT CSAT Quality Productivity and Revenue Metrics
-
Analyze operational and financial data to improve efficiency and profitability
-
Lead corrective action plans to address performance gaps
-
Conduct quality audits and operational reviews
Team Leadership & Development
-
Lead mentor and develop large teams (15 FTEs minimum)
-
Recruit train and build high-performing operational teams
-
Promote accountability collaboration and performance culture
-
Establish and implement best practices across operational layers
Client Relationship Management
-
Serve as the primary client point of contact
-
Lead business reviews and performance reporting sessions
-
Proactively manage escalations and client expectations
-
Strengthen long-term client partnerships
Cross-Functional Collaboration
-
Work closely with WFM QA HR Finance and Compliance teams
-
Ensure seamless operational execution and positive client experience
-
Align operational strategy with business objectives
Required Qualifications
-
Near-native written and verbal English (C1/C2 mandatory)
-
Minimum 5 years of progressive operations leadership experience
-
Proven experience managing large teams (15 FTEs required)
-
Mandatory healthcare industry experience
-
Strong background in BPO or E-commerce environments
-
Demonstrated client-facing experience
-
Strong knowledge of SLA management and KPI ownership
-
Advanced proficiency in G-Suite / MS Office
-
Exceptional analytical organizational and decision-making skills
-
Bachelors degree in Business Healthcare Administration Operations or related field
