As an E-Commerce Customer Specialist you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and satisfying online shopping experiences. Requirements:

Language Skills: Fluent in Dutch (C1 level) and English (B2 level)
Eligibility: EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Support
Skills: Strong analytical creative and communication abilities
