Job Title: Portuguese Customer Service Representative Greece

Location: Greece Remote work possible relocation support provided

Job Description:
We are looking for a portuguese-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will provide support to customers via phone email or chat ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in portuguese (and occasionally in English)
Provide information about products and services
Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently
Maintain a professional friendly and empathetic attitude
Cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Native or fluent level of portuguese
Good level of English (B1 or higher)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in customer service is a plus
EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
