Mission Brief
Delta i den daglige regnskapsføringen ved vårt kontor på Andøya.
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Ansvarlig forinngående faktura
- Oppfølging andrefinansielle transaksjoner
- Regelmessig avstemming av bankkontoer
- Bistå med periodiske regnskapsavslutninger
- Oppfølging og kommunikasjon med leverandører inkludert kontoavstemming
- Oppfølging av internekontroller og rutiner
- Utføre andre oppgaver etter behov
Qualification Checklist
- Relevant utdanning innen økonomi eller regnskap
- Erfaringinnenøkonomiog regnskapsarbeid
- Kjennskap til regnskapsprogrammer spesieltXledger er en fordel
- Gode Excel-ferdigheter
- Sosial og positiv holdning
- Godekommunikasjons- og samarbeidsevner
- Nøyaktig pålitelig og i stand til å jobbe selvstendig så vel somsomjobbe iteam
- Gode språkkunnskaper skriftlig og muntlig -i norsk og engelsk
