Job Summary

Were expanding our remote team and looking for dependable service-minded individuals who enjoy helping clients organize important plans and manage detailed arrangements.

As a Remote Client Support Coordinator you will act as a primary contact for clients assist with reservations and scheduling and ensure all components are confirmed accurately. This role emphasizes communication organization and follow-through.

No prior industry experience is required. Training and onboarding support are provided.

What Youll Be Responsible For

Communicating with clients to understand their preferences and timelines

Researching and coordinating lodging transportation and activity options

Securing reservations and preparing confirmations

Managing updates adjustments and client requests

Maintaining accurate digital records

Delivering prompt professional customer support

What Were Looking For

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Detail-oriented and organized

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote setting

  • Ability to manage multiple client requests

  • Reliable computer and high-speed internet
