Requirements

At least 12 years experience as a technician supporting engineering activities.

Highly motivated self-learner with a positive attitude.

Organized and detail-oriented disposition.

Ability to interface with a wide range of people and work in a fast-paced multi-disciplinary environment.

Hands-on experience with CAD software electrical and mechanical tools and test equipment.

Experience with electromechanical fixture design development and validation.

Strong experience with reflow soldering especially applied to ICs and surface-mount components.

Experience testing products and generating test reports.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Experience using Microsoft Word PowerPoint and Excel.

Comfortable running test scripts on Windows command line.

Experience with Altium Schematic & PCB design tools.

Experience with SolidWorks.

Associates or other technical degree preferred.
