Fresh Solutions is growingand you can grow with us! For our warehouse (36000 m²) we are looking for an energetic Production Team Leader who likes to get things done and involve others in the process. You will ensure that our repackaging department (such as grape tables and other production lines) runs smoothly safely and efficiently every day.

Your tasks will include:

Operational management

• Daily management of assistant team leaders and indirectly production staff within the repackaging department
• Coordinating manual repackaging activities (including grape tables)
• Ensuring efficient staff planning tailored to production volume and seasonal influences
• Monitoring progress quality and productivity
• Identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks on the work floor
• Implementing initiating and identifying process optimizations

Hiring and cost control

• Responsible for the deployment and management of temporary workers
• Actively monitoring and managing personnel costs returns and occupancy rates

KPI and process management

• Steering based on KPIs such as productivity quality and costs
• Analyzing performance and initiating improvement actions
• Continuously improving and structuring processes within repackaging and production

Team & culture

• Leading a multicultural team
• Ensuring clear connecting communication in the workplace
• Creating a social people-oriented and results-oriented working environment
• Coaching and developing employees
• Ensuring compliance with safety quality and hygiene regulations within the food sector

What do you bring to the table

• You have completed an MBO/HBO degree in logistics business operations or operational management.
• Experience in a production or warehouse environment preferably in food/fresh produce
• Management experience in larger teams
• Skilled with numbers processes and communication
• You are sociable approachable and confident
• You dont mind working in a refrigerated environment and are flexible during busy periods
