Job Description:
This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables which requires the engagement of multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives coordinating delivery facilitating sync points across teams providing end-to-end visibility into the health of the deliverables and managing program risk and compliance to standards. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the clients expectations in terms of the functionality quality timeline and cost.
The Delivery Lead will be responsible for providing management and oversight support for key projects within the Card Technology Initiative Delivery Group. This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining program administration artifacts managing cross-project dependencies and managing development team needs.
Responsibilities:
Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (for example kick-offs status reviews stakeholder meetings change controls and tollgates etc.)
Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams
Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline
Provides status updates for the deliverables to stakeholders and leadership pertaining to delivery risks issues and schedule
Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure that execution is aligned with deliverable requirements
Supports resource planning for delivery and execution
Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards
Required Qualifications:
Seasoned PM/Delivery Lead with 7 years of overall IT experience to manage complex Card Technology suite of initiatives.
Ability to communicate clearly and navigate at all levels in the organization
Executive reporting and presentation skills
Highly organized with critical thinking abilities at both the strategic and tactical levels
Experience delivering large projects with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications
Supports End to End Technology for programs and initiatives including initiative financial management.
Performs initiative management responsibilities relating to information technology implementations upgrades conversion and recovery.
Partners with Program Managers Delivery Leads and SMEs to create business features for technology solutions.
Assists with technology estimates manages low to moderate complexity technology solutions for projects to a full-scale deployment in a liveenvironment.
Manages to timelines and communicates initiative status and has matrix management responsibility.
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of Consumer and Business Card space.
Previous experience at BAC.
Familiarity with various initiative management tools.
Experience delivering large initiatives with significant impact to multiple lines of business that may have cross-functional or inter-departmental implications. Experience driving multiple projects simultaneously.
