You should possess deep knowledge of policy making processes demonstrated ability to operationalize regulations into executable compliance frameworks and comprehensive understanding of EHS regulations. Experience navigating regulatory environments and translating compliance requirements into operational plans is essential along with the ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously. Key job responsibilities
Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Deploy and coordinate New & Emerging Regulations into established internal service level agreements ensuring standardized methodologies produce actionable root cause analyses and corrective action plans for senior leadership.
Develop and Maintain Regulatory Compliance Framework: Establish systematic processes for monitoring evaluating and responding to New & Emerging Regulations across all jurisdictions creating risk assessments and scalable compliance roadmaps.
Stakeholder Management and Executive Communication: Serve as primary liaison between WHS leadership site operations legal teams and regulatory agencies preparing executive briefings and managing sensitive communications related to NER programs.
Serve as a PM backup for other GEA compliance and conformance programs as needed.
- Bachelors degree
- 5 years of program or project management experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy end to end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
- Masters degree or MBA in business operations human resources adult education organizational development instructional design or related field
- 2 years of driving process improvements experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
