Treatment Coordinator

Your Role in Our Mission

As a Treatment Coordinator on our team you will contribute significantly to the well-being of the individuals under your care by coordinating their individualized needs in conjunction with their full care team. You may also complete screenings and intakes for new patients evaluations and assessments work with individuals toward positive outcomes while coordinating follow-up care and provide referrals to other services as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive salary: $16/hr. -$21/hr for this full-time exempt position Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm with alternating weekends.

What Were Looking For

• Minimum standards for a North Carolina Associate Mental Health Professional with a Bachelors degree and experience with the population
• Experience with mental health or substance-use and medication assisted treatment preferred
• Maintain valid state appropriate drivers license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work
