Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and licensedHVAC Journeymanto join our this role you will be responsible for installing maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial properties. You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
Responsibilities
- Install troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems including furnaces heat pumps air conditioners and ductwork.
- Interpret blueprints wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with local and state codes and OSHA safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- Valid HVAC Journeyman license (required).
- Minimum 35 years of experience in the HVAC trade. (preferred)
- EPA Universal Certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems tools and diagnostics.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints.
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in varying weather conditions.
