Role description:
We are looking for a Regional Brand Liaison Lead to champion brand experience across workplace and real estate projects ensuring brand values and standards are consistently embedded into the built environment.
Role accountabilities:
- Act as the regional authority for brand experience within workplace projects
- Provide expert guidance on brand standards environmental graphics and brand integration
- Support project teams during concept design to ensure quality and consistency
- Manage and respond to brandrelated enquiries ensuring timely resolution
- Conduct brand scope assessments and support efficient task allocation
- Participate in project kickoff meetings to align on objectives and brand requirements
- Provide strategic brand recommendations while enabling delivery teams to implement
- Collaborate closely with architecture design and operations leadership
- Support assetspecific brand initiatives across the regional portfolio
- Safeguard brand integrity and consistency across all projects
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Industrial Design or related field
- 7 years of related Environmental Graphic Design experience
- Proficient in drawing to scale and understanding architectural drawings including plans elevations sections and details
- Working knowledge of materials finishes the EGD fabrication process and ADA standard compliance
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of how to implement complex wayfinding strategy
- Effective in managing time deadlines and budgetary constraints
