The position is troubleshooting fixing and completing preventative maintenance on all machines in a large manufacturing facility.
POSITION Maintenance Technician.
JOB LOCATION Manitowoc WI.
STARTING DATE Immediate.
EMPLOYMENT TERM Temp-to-hire.
EMPLOYMENT TYPE Full-time.
WORK HOURS (SHIFT) 1st shift.
STARTING PAY $25/hr. Excellent benefits!
REQUIRED EDUCATION High School Diploma/GED.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE Previous experience working as a maintenance technician.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for preventative maintenance duties.
Respond immediately to issues that arise with any equipment necessary for weekly production.
Responsible for keeping good records on machine preventative maintenance and other repairs.
General facility maintenance.
Must be mechanically inclined and have working knowledge of mechanical electronic and electrical repair.
Must have a variety of knowledge and problem solving skills to handle a diverse set of situations.
Experience and Qualifications:
Basic working knowledge of mechanical electronic and electrical repair.
Must be a self starter able to work without direct supervision and have good time management skills.
General computer knowledge.
Previous maintenance background or comparable education.
