The Opportunity

BGIS is looking for an experienced Internal Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of maintenance and work order programmes across our portfolio.

You will manage trades subcontractors and internal teams to ensure services are delivered safely efficiently and to the highest standard. This is a leadership role where strong organisation communication and stakeholder management are key.

What Youll Be Doing

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of maintenance work orders
  • Lead and support trades teams and subcontractors
  • Coordinate planned maintenance programmes
  • Monitor timelines KPIs and service delivery performance
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure Health & Safety standards are always maintained
  • Support team capability training and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For

  • Experience managing service delivery facilities or maintenance operations
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and digital systems
  • Understanding of NZ Health & Safety requirements
  • Customer-focused mindset

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience in facilities management or property maintenance
  • Construction or trade-related background
  • Experience managing subcontractors
