What Youll Do

Oversee the full lifecycle of HVAC sales projects from in-home consultation through installation and close-out

Conduct comprehensive in-home evaluations assessing system performance equipment condition and homeowner needs

Design customized HVAC solutions tailored to comfort efficiency and budget goals

Prepare and deliver professional persuasive presentations that clearly communicate value and options

Collaborate with homeowners to finalize scope pricing and project details

Assist customers with financing options to help make solutions accessible

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions project updates and sales activity using CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce

Coordinate scheduling change orders and project details to ensure a smooth and successful execution

Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners throughout the project

Build long-term relationships to drive customer satisfaction referrals and repeat business

Participate in ongoing sales product and leadership training to continually improve performance

What Were Looking For

At least 1 year of residential HVAC sales experience (required)

At least 3 years of in-home sales experience

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance targets

Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to assess needs and present tailored solutions

Experience with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce (preferred)

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through

A valid drivers license and the ability to pass a background check

Outstanding communication interpersonal and presentation skills

A people-first mindset with a strong focus on client experience
