We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic student to join our Plant HOWMET MEXICO/HOWMET DEL RIO TXteam as a Process Engineer Summer Intern. This position will assist engineering and manufacturing in driving improvements in quality and delivery performance through process control and improvement initiatives.

QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications:

1. Education:

This position requires a university diploma in accounting or equivalent experience.

Bachelors degree in accounting preferred.

2. Skills and Abilities:

Knowledge of accepted accounting practices and systems. Experience with Oracle and MRP preferred.

Ability to communicate manage correspondence and create procedures in English (85%) and Spanish.

Ability to develop reports and communicate with management. Perform analyses and solve problems in diverse situations to recommend solutions and savings.

Ability to create presentations using Excel and PowerPoint communicate via email and interpret management instructions in English (85%) and Spanish.

Strong teamwork skills and commitment to continuous improvement.

Positive attitude and initiative in performing job activities.
