What youll be doing


You will be supporting our strategic vision of transforming our Fraud Operations into a Digital Operations by leveraging new capabilities (e.g. AI automation etc.) and authentication tools and using more modern technologies to communicate with our clients about their Fraud Case. Our Digital Transformation strategy will deliver a lower friction experience for our clients and improve operational efficiencies by streamlining & simplifying our Fraud Operations. As a Operational Effectiveness Consultant Data Analytics and Reporting. You will support the implementation of our data strategy. You will work closely with Fraud Operation Managers to establish new scorecards and enhance our existing employee scorecards. You will identify and implement opportunities to streamline our reporting and scorecards processes. You will work with your colleagues and with our operations teams to define reporting requirements to address process gaps. In addition you will work collaboratively with Fraud Strategy Fraud Operations and Fraud Delivery to achieve common goals and actively promote co-operation and good working relationships

How youll succeed

  • Analytical Able to organize and analyze large data sets using various analytical tools (e.g. SAS Enterprise Guide Tableau Minitab and Excel-VBA programming). Familiar with various statistical tools (e.g. control chart trend analysis) to draw insights and conclusions from data.
  • Problem Solving Able to understand business reporting needs translate into requirement and develop and implement appropriate recommendations
  • Task Achievement Must be able to plan prioritize and organize work based on available resources/constraints.
  • Interpersonal Relations You will have excellent communication skills and are able to translate technical details using good examples or illustrations to explain to others. You will have knowledge of various techniques to convince others and build support for recommendations.

Who you are

  • You can demonstrate experience in using data visualization tools and programming languages. Familiarity with Tableau Desktop SAS Enterprise Guide and knowledge of fraud systems and NAE databases is considered and asset
