As a Security Officer - Bicycle Patrol in Nashville TN you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer in a residential location you will monitor and patrol assigned areas complete routine rounds stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents and document observations. You will communicate clearly with residents guests and team members respond to concerns with professionalism and support a welcoming environment. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to residents guests and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of residential buildings common areas parking locations and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor check-in and/or resident verification in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm problem-solving manner including noise complaints disturbances and/or unauthorized access.
• Document patrol activity incidents and observed hazards through written reports and timely communication with property management and/or Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
