Krolls Cyber Risk team helps organizations respond to and prepare for cyber incidents across some of the most complex and highprofile cases globally. As part of One Team One Kroll youll work alongside experts worldwide supported by cuttingedge technology in a collaborative and inclusive environment.
The Kroll Cyber Academy is seeking driven earlycareer cyber enthusiasts who are eager to build practical skills and grow a longterm career in cyber risk.
What youll do
- Support cyber risk dealing with first line problems.
- Apply technical knowledge in realworld enterprise environments
- Work with global teams on live client matters
- Develop handson experience across multiple cyber security disciplines

What were looking for
Essential
- Proficiency in Windows OS and basic understanding of Linux
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven technical aptitude and ability to learn quickly
- Ability to apply education to realworld scenarios
- Strong attention to detail and time management with the ability to meet SLAs
- Commitment to professional development
Exposure to at least one of the following is desirable
- First Line Support
- Security platforms (SIEM EDR)
- Security infrastructure or automation
- Threat intelligence or threat hunting
- Penetration testing
- Zero Trust
- Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
- Cyber project or service management
Nice to have
- ITIL service desk experience
- Cyber security certifications
- Knowledge of frameworks such as NIST or MITRE
- Networking fundamentals and troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of data protection laws
