Job Summary
St. Rose of Lima Catholic School in Franklin Indiana is seeking a dynamic faith-filled Elementary Teacher who is passionate about Catholic education and committed to nurturing students academically and spiritually. The ideal candidate will create a structured engaging classroom environment that supports student growth and promotes a love of learning.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards integrate Catholic teachings and values across subject areas foster a positive safe and respectful classroom environment assess and monitor student progress regularly communicate effectively and consistently with parents collaborate with colleagues to support school-wide initiatives and participate actively in school liturgies events and professional development.
Qualifications for the position are: Bachelors degree in Education valid state teaching license (or ability to obtain one) strong classroom management and communication skills and commitment to the mission of Catholic education.
