Job Summary
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Systems Administrator to join our innovative technology this key role you will play a central part in designing implementing and optimizing our core IT infrastructureincluding Active Directory Azure AD Exchange Online NAS/SAN storage and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper-V. You will lead complex implementations drive process improvements and collaborate closely with the systems engineering team to ensure stability scalability and performance across our environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain advanced IT infrastructure components ensuring maximum uptime security and performance.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust scalable technical solutions.
- Lead and resolve complex technical issues efficiently to minimize service interruptions.
- Develop automation and orchestration processes to streamline operations and boost efficiency.
- Create and maintain thorough documentation for system configurations architecture and operational procedures.
- Implement and oversee comprehensive monitoring and alerting systems to proactively identify and address issues.
- Mentor and train junior team members promoting technical excellence and a culture of knowledge sharing.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in Systems Administration or IT infrastructure management with a strong focus on enterprise-level environments.
- Deep expertise in Microsoft Exchange Windows Server Azure Cloud Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) VMware/Hyper-V NAS/SAN and Office 365/Azure AD administration.
- Proven success managing large-scale infrastructure configuration management and complex troubleshooting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve software hardware and network issues.
- Hands-on experience with both cloud-based and on-premises systems deployment and integration.
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives in a dynamic fast-paced setting.
